Server log files

Each time this website is accessed, our hosting provider's web server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser:

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably and in detecting misuse. This data is not merged with other data sources and is automatically deleted after 7 days. The recipient is our hosting provider, which processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar and the lock symbol in your browser. Data you transmit to us cannot then be read by third parties.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required to handle your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

The WhatsApp button on this website is a plain link. No data is transmitted until you click it. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) also applies. A transfer of data to third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out.

Customer and contract data

We process personal data required to establish, perform or amend a contractual relationship on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Where statutory retention obligations apply, for example under tax and commercial law, we store the data for the period required by law (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

CO₂ badge by Website Carbon

In the footer we display a badge by Website Carbon showing the estimated CO₂ emissions of a visit to this page. To do this, your browser loads a script from unpkg.com and retrieves the value from api.websitecarbon.com. In the process, your IP address and the address of the page you are visiting are transmitted to these providers. A transfer to third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out.

The result is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) for 24 hours so that the value does not have to be requested again on every page view. You can delete this entry at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise these rights, simply contact us using the details above.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland, www.uodo.gov.pl. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
